We want you to love your custom gear as much as you loved designing it, which is why we offer a 100-day risk-free trial on all ROAM luggage. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your suitcase for a full refund or exchange it for a new color combination.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by ROAM.

• 3.
  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the suitcase back in its original protective dust bag and shipping box to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized UPS location; once received, we will process your full refund within 5-7 business days.
